Fulfillment Policy

Welcome to Studio Success System. The following outlines how we handle refunds, delivery, returns, and cancellations for our software subscription.

Refund policy

Refunds within 14 days of initial purchase are issued in full and processed within 2 business days. Refund requests after that window are reviewed case-by-case; if approved, they are processed for the 1st of the month following the date the refund is approved. Delivery policy

Customer agrees that there are no physical products and only Software as a Service. Access to the platform is provided immediately upon successful purchase via your account at app.mystudiosuccess.com.

Return policy

No digital goods can be returned. There will only be refunds following a requested cancellation, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Cancellation policy

Our services are month to month. Cancellation can be requested at any time by emailing support@mystudiosuccess.com. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
